Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery 7 days a week across the Auckland area—including weekends and Public Holidays.
To qualify for same-day delivery, simply place your order by 12:30 pm on any day of the week.
I haven't received my order confirmation email, what should I do?
We automatically send emails upon order receipt and upon completion of delivery. If your confirmation is missing, please check your spam folder—especially if you're a new customer. Mark our emails as 'Not Spam.'
If it’s still missing, email us at info@blossomtime.co.nz with your booking number and name.
When will my delivery arrive?
Products will be delivered on the selected date. However, please note that the exact delivery time is handled by the delivery company, and we cannot guarantee the exact arrival time.
Can I pick up my flowers?
We do not offer a pickup service. You can receive your order on the desired date through our delivery service.
Can I select a delivery date?
Yes, you can choose the desired delivery date. Simply select your items, proceed to the cart page, and choose your preferred date.
I entered the wrong delivery address, can I change it?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number, and the correct delivery address at the following email address: info@blossomtime.co.nz
Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
Yes, we deliver 7 days a week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
For same-day delivery on these days, please ensure your order is placed by 12:30 pm. While we strive to deliver products as promptly as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery.
What happens if delivery service cannot gain access to the commercial property or apartment?
We understand some public/ commercial/apartment properties are limited access.

What happens if the recipient isn't home?
If there is no one home the courier will leave your gift in a position that is obvious to the recipient, but out of view from the street.

How long do fresh flowers last?
How long your flowers stay fresh really depends on how much love and care you give them! If you want those lovely blooms to stick around, here's what you can do:
- Give those stems a little trim at an angle and do it every few days.
- Make sure no leaves end up taking a swim in the water.
- Keep your flowers in a nice, cool spot – too much heat can make them droopy.
- Don't forget to switch out the water in your vase regularly.
Will my flowers look exactly like the picture?
We put in a lot of effort to make sure your flowers closely resemble the pictures you see. However, at times, we might need to swap out some flowers due to what's in season and our stock.
But don't worry, your order will always be worth its value. We'll do our best to match the bouquets and arrangements to the pictures, but because of seasonal and local flower availability, we can't guarantee an exact match. In such cases, the florist might substitute some items to keep the overall look and feel intact.
