When will my order arrive?

If you order before midday for our delivery service then your order will arrive before 6pm that same day. Terms and conditions may apply. Please check our Delivery page.

Can you deliver within a specified time?

Products will be delivered on the selected date. However, please note that the exact delivery time is handled by the delivery company, and we cannot guarantee the exact arrival time.

What are the conditions for free delivery?

For orders over $70, we offer free delivery in Pakuranga/Howick/Manukau areas. Please check the free delivery area on our Delivery Information page

I haven't received my order confirmation email, what should I do?

We automatically send emails upon order receipt and upon completion of delivery. If your confirmation is missing, please check your spam folder—especially if you're a new customer. Mark our emails as 'Not Spam.'

If it’s still missing, email us at info@blossomtime.co.nz with your booking number and name.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

Yes, we deliver 7 days a week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

For same-day delivery on these days, please ensure your order is placed by 12:30 pm. While we strive to deliver products as promptly as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery.
