When will my order arrive?

If you order before midday for our delivery service then your order will arrive before 6pm that same day. Terms and conditions may apply. Please check our Delivery page.

Can you deliver within a specified time?

Products will be delivered on the selected date. However, please note that the exact delivery time is handled by the delivery company, and we cannot guarantee the exact arrival time.

What are the conditions for free delivery?

For orders over $70, we offer free delivery in Pakuranga/Howick/Manukau areas. The same-day delivery policy applies if the order is made by noon Monday - Friday. Please check the free delivery area on our Delivery Information page

I haven't received my order confirmation email, what should I do?

We automatically send emails upon order receipt and upon completion of delivery. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder—especially if you're a first-time customer. Kindly mark Blossom Time emails as 'Not a Spam.' If the confirmation email is still not found, please contact us via phone. Provide your booking number, name, and other details, so we can assist you promptly.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes, we offer Saturday deliveries. However, for same-day delivery on Saturdays, please note that orders must be placed before 8:00 AM.
