Please note: The client is responsible for booking the venue. Our team provides professional on-site setup. Since all items are yours to keep after the event, we do not provide a collection or pack-down service.

• Florals: Two elegant floral arrangements styled to perfection.
• Bouquet: A deluxe proposal bouquet featuring a premium selection of seasonal blooms.
• Décor: A versatile fabric set (ideal for table styling, wall decoration, or a romantic petal walk) paired with a generous sprinkle of fresh flower petals.
• Atmosphere: 6 floating helium balloons and 8 LED tea light candles for added warmth.

Key Information & Policy

• Customisation: Please note that the actual setup and floral placement may vary based on the specific venue layout and adjustments made during consultation with the client.
• Delivery: Delivery fees are calculated per area according to our standard delivery regulations.
• Set-up & Pack-down: We provide professional on-site setup. As all items (including all floral wrap and fabrics) are yours to keep or gift to guests, we do not return for pack-down. The client is responsible for clearing the space after the event.
• Colour Palette: Exclusively designed in a timeless palette of Pink, Peach and White. (Note: palettes may vary depending on the specific package or theme requested).

Important: Set-up Timing

The delivery time slot selected at checkout is the completion deadline for your set-up. Please provide the following details in the Order Notes to ensure a smooth arrival:

• Access Time: The earliest time our florist can arrive to begin the set-up.
• Specific Set-up Location: Room number or designated area within the venue.
• On-site Contact: Name and phone number of the venue manager or hotel concierge.
